They are being removed from my daily total. And are counting toward my collection, I just can’t see them. Anyone else having this issue?

Yep, just happened to me, too. There’s some sort of bug happening.
When I go to the series detail, I can scroll down and confirm I received my cards (“Recent Activity” section of the set), but if I tap on that, it won’t load the cards to show me what I got - can only see whichever card the app chooses as the first one for those openings.
It also shows that I haven’t collected any individual cards in the set (although the percentage tracker is still accurate).
