Is there a limit to the video length that .mp4 card uploads can be?

I’m building a series of 3D procedurally generated aircraft with some funky animations:

Most of the animations will be between 15-20s long but some of the more exciting rare ones might be as long as 40s (max).

I already know about the dimensions and file size requirements, but is there a limit to how long .mp4 uploads can be? Could you in theory upload a super long video as long as it was below 30mb? Don’t worry admins, I’m not planning to upload feature length films lol.
