New trades not showing up

When I create a new trade, I get a successfully received response (HTTP 201) from, but the new trade does not show up in my “Trades & Messages” feed.

It looks like there may be an issue with the WebSockets method used to populate the “Trades & Messages” and “Alerts” drop-down feeds.

Also affecting existing trades. They’re not disappearing from the pending trades list when accepted or declined.

They’re gone now. It took about 5 minutes, but my pending trades list is now accurate.

sometimes i notice going from the app to the computer makes the difference - everything about the site seems to be a little slow

gorbachev It’s been off and on ever since I joined. It is not fixed.

Same issues here. I’ve also had a lot of trades ignored lately and I suspect that they’re just not showing up on the other end at all.

The team is now 100% focused on clearing these issues with trading. Hoping for another update soon. - Joe @ NeonMob
